I was on my way back from tuition. And i saw this on the road.

Doesn't anybody have a heart nowadays?

I don't think steve irwin would do this to a cat. He would have quickly turned his car, bang a tree and pay the accident costs but not kill a cat. Too bad he got killed by a stingray.
You know they always say in chinese 'good heart has good returns' (direct translation lah wtv) I guess not.
I think parents use it to scare children only lah.
